MIBAG AG is firmly committed to quality, efficiency, and proximity to its own production facilities: All manufacturing steps—from engineering and production to final assembly—are carried out entirely at the Samstagern site.

A key component of this approach is the pre-assembly of various subassemblies. This structured preparation allows processes to be optimized and lead times to be reduced, which significantly improves both product quality and on-time delivery.

Special attention was also paid to the design of the workstations. Tobias Streuli has specifically refined and adapted these to ensure the most ergonomic and efficient working conditions possible. Modern solutions play a decisive role here: specially developed assembly fixtures created using 3D printing provide employees with optimal support in their tasks.

These tools are manufactured in-house using MIBAG AG’s own 3D printers. This allows individual requirements to be implemented quickly and continuous improvements to be realized flexibly.

With this combination of local production, well-planned pre-assembly, and innovative technology, MIBAG AG creates ideal conditions for the highest quality and sustainable efficiency.
