For everything to run smoothly at MIBAG AG, it takes people who keep an eye on the bigger picture. One of them is Marc. As the person responsible for quality management and scheduling, he ensures every day that high quality standards are maintained and that all processes run efficiently.

His day often begins with inspecting incoming deliveries. Marc carefully checks all delivered parts for quality and completeness. After all, production can only operate efficiently and reliably when supplier components meet the required standards.

In addition to quality control, Marc is also responsible for incoming and outgoing goods. He coordinates deliveries, keeps track of material flow, and ensures that everything is in the right place at the right time.

Another key part of his role is scheduling. Marc monitors ongoing orders and makes sure agreed deadlines are met. This helps ensure that our customers receive their orders on time.
