If you have a technical question at MIBAG AG, everyone knows exactly who to ask: Tobi. As our Technical Director, he is the creative mind behind our products and innovations. Whether it's design engineering, product development, or custom solutions, Tobi is in his element whenever a technical challenge arises.
Before joining the family business, Tobi gained valuable experience as a mechanical engineer in the special-purpose machinery industry for food processing. Today, he applies this expertise every day to the continuous development of our products and processes. Having been part of MIBAG AG for more than four years, he plays a key role in shaping the company's technical future.
One of Tobi's favorite tools is our fleet of three 3D printers. They allow him to turn new ideas into reality within a very short time. Whether it's prototypes, assembly aids for LineDrop production, customer-specific solutions, or replacement parts, Tobi designs and manufactures exactly what is needed. This saves time, increases flexibility, and supports the continuous improvement of our products.
For Tobi, however, engineering is about much more than design. It is about finding solutions, challenging existing ideas, and continuously improving products. His passion for innovative technologies, combined with his experience and practical approach to problem-solving, drives the technical development of MIBAG AG forward every single day.
