Project Description

Ernst Sutter AG is consistently driving electromobility forward at its Bazenheid site and setting new standards in sustainable logistics. With a modern charging infrastructure, intelligent energy management, and its own photovoltaic system, a future-oriented overall concept is being created.

A particular highlight is the charging infrastructure directly at the loading ramp: During loading and unloading operations, the electric trucks are simultaneously supplied with impressive charging capacities of up to 400 kW — a decisive advantage for efficient logistics operations.

For this demanding application, MIBAG AG was able to implement an innovative solution: The LineDrop system is mounted on a special support arm extending beyond the vehicle. This allows both articulated trucks and smaller electric trucks to be charged flexibly and safely. When the system is not in use, the cable is neatly guided along the ceiling — completely removed from the working area and without any risk of collision.

With this project, Ernst Sutter AG impressively demonstrates how modern infrastructure and sustainable mobility can be ideally combined.
